水利设计


       近年来,国家加大了对水利工程建设的投入,极大的支持了水利工程的发展。公司水利设计团队,以国家政策为导向,顺应水利行业发展趋势,在发挥农田水利工程及高效节水灌溉技术优势的基础上,逐步向河道整治、灌区配套设计等方向迈进。

水利设计部门拥有多名技术精湛的专业设计骨干,并聘请了多名水利设计行业的专家做为常年技术指导。近年来,完成高效节水灌溉项目、农村饮水安全项目、五小水利工程项目、农业园区规划项目、河道整治项目、河湖岸线利用管理规划、省级美丽河湖实施方案编制及高标准农田建设项目等近百项。

高效节水灌溉

2017年2月,水利部等五部委联合印发了《“十三五”新增1亿亩高效节水灌溉面积实施方案》明确“十三五”期间全国新增高效节水灌溉面积1亿亩。到2020年,全国高效节水灌溉面积达到3.6亿亩左右,占灌溉面积的比例提高到32%以上。高效节水灌溉行业已经成为农业建设发展的重要方向。

水肥一体化智能灌溉 


       大水漫灌等粗放的灌溉模式,高耗低效,造成水资源的严重浪费。另外,我国农田肥料的超量使用与使用不均衡,不仅破坏了水生态系统,还直接影响人畜饮水安全。因此采取必要的节水保肥措施日益重要。

       此外,农田水利设施产权制度和运行管护机制的建立,农业用水初始水权的明确,配套完善信息设施,在灌溉用水调度、取用水计量监测以及工程运行、管理等方面实现信息化等将是今后节水灌溉项目建设的目标。
